Cancellation Policy

Appointments require a minimum 48-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Clients are permitted one reschedule per appointment without penalty, provided it is done outside of the 48-hour cancellation window. Any additional reschedules will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. A 15-minute grace period is extended for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee, as service adjustments cannot be guaranteed. Due to reserved time blocks, hair inventory preparation, and limited daily availability, all deposits are non-refundable.
